Pool Information
Communal pool is open from mid May - end October 7 days a week
There are changing rooms showers and toilets as well as terraced garden areas.

Booking Notes
Our changeover day is flexible.
The houses are available from 4.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. However, there is some flexibility depending on the needs of the next guests.
All prices include electricity, bed linen and towels. Beach towels are not supplied.
The houses are in an elevated position and have steps to the front door so therefore are not suitable for the disabled or very elderly guests. If in doubt please ask.
Booking Conditions
Prices per week in British Pounds or Euros
A non-refundable deposit of £100 or €150 is required at time of booking
Payment of the balance is required 6 weeks before the arrival date
Cancellation charge is 50% from 6 weeks to 15 days prior to arrival and 100% 14 days or less prior to arrival
A £100 or €100 deposit against any damage is to be paid with the final payment. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure.
Please note cleaning costs are included in the rental price but we reserve the right to charge for "excessive cleaning" following departure.
No pets allowed except by prior agreement.
Please note all houses are non-smoking.
